Current programmes

A four day non residential intensive for senior leaders who want to examine how assumptions, inheritances, context, relationships and power shape the authority they exercise. The cohort is small by design and entry is by application or nomination.
A scalable leadership pathway for organisations that need to strengthen capability across multiple leadership levels without flattening the differences between them. The pathway combines diagnostics, practical learning, role specific application and organisational feedback so that leadership development supports both individual growth and wider system capability.
Open cohorts are one route. Organisations can also commission a defined cohort or leadership pathway around their workforce, strategic priorities and the capability they need to strengthen.
