Equinexus Partners is opening an Expression of Interest for our Leadership & Institutional Transformation Facilitator Pool. This is a curated network of seasoned practitioners who bring our diagnostics, leadership spaces and institutional transformation work to life. It is an invitation to join an intellectual practice with its own diagnostic architecture, practitioner standards and community of practice.
We are looking for facilitators who:
- Have 5+ years facilitating senior teams, leadership cohorts and institutional stakeholders
- Are experienced with diagnostic instruments, psychometric tools or structured interpretation
- Bring deep contextual fluency in African institutional realities
- Can hold psychologically complex spaces where power, identity and history are in the room
- Location
- Remote. Kenya, Zimbabwe, Nigeria and South Africa preferred; other African countries considered.
